- From July 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM until September 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM, customers who pay participating government billers through PalawanPay can get the convenience fee they get through cashback. PalawanPay will shoulder the fee, allowing all PalawanPay users to enjoy zero convenience fees during the promo period.
- Government billers not included in the promo will continue to charge their regular convenience fee.
