PROMO OVERVIEW
The “1 to 3 Rainy Day Points Promo” aims to encourage first-time international remittance claimants to download and use PalawanPay by rewarding them with PalawanPay points that can be used as discounts on future transactions with fees.
ELIGIBILITY
- Participants must be first-time claimants of international remittance transactions through PalawanPay during the promo period.
- Employees of the Palawan Group of Companies, its agencies, affiliates, advertising partners, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
PROMO MECHANICS
- A customer who claims an international remittance transaction via PalawanPay for the first time will receive three (3) PalawanPay Points.
- Only the customer’s first successful international remittance claim during the promo period is eligible for the reward.
- The three (3) PalawanPay Points shall be automatically credited to the qualified customer’s PalawanPay account immediately after successful transaction.
- The awarded points may be used as discount on PalawanPay transactions with applicable fees, subject to the terms and conditions.
- Each qualified customer may only receive the reward once during the entire promo period.
REDEMPTION AND USE OF POINTS
- PalawanPay Points are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for any other reward.
- The use and redemption of points shall be governed by the existing PalawanPay Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

Announcements/collaterals bearing the important promo details will be posted on PalawanPay’s social media pages, official websites, and all participating locations.
