PROMO MECHANICS
Customer Mechanics:
- From May 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM until August 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM, customers who pay participating government billers through PalawanPay and Palawan branch will not be charged a convenience fee. PalawanPay will shoulder the fee, allowing all PalawanPay users and Palawan customers to enjoy zero convenience fees during the promo period.
- Government billers not included in the promo will continue to charge their regular convenience fee.
