The PalawanPay Virtual Visa Card First Transaction Voucher Promo is available to all verified PalawanPay users with activated Virtual Visa Card and who will successfully perform their first card transaction from June 1-30, 2026. Qualified user who used their Visa Card for the first time within the said period will receive a P10.00 voucher they can use as discount for transaction fees within the PalawanPay app.
PROMO SPECIFICATION
Verified PalawanPay user must use his/her Virtual Visa Card for the first time during the promo period. After successful first transaction with their Virtual Visa Card, P10.00 transaction fee discount voucher will be received by the user. Said voucher may be used as discount to fees when performing fee-incurring transactions within the PalawanPay app like bills payment or Send Money via InstaPay. Voucher may be used 3 months from receipt.

The promo is open to all registered verified PalawanPay users who will use their Virtual Visa Card for the first time during the promo period.
