Customer Mechanics:

  1. Promo Title and Duration
    The PAY LOAN, SPIN TO WIN! will run from July 1, 2026, 12:00 AM to July 31, 2026, 11:59 PM, valid for transactions made within the promo period only.
  2. Eligibility
    The promo is open to all PalawanPay verified users nationwide. Users must have an active and fully verified account during the entire promo period to qualify.
  3. How to Join
    To earn a spin, the user must complete a Bills Payment transaction through the PalawanPay App. Only transactions made with participating billers will be counted as qualified for one (1) spin per successful transaction. Qualified transactions made within the promo period will automatically be credited with the corresponding spins.
  4. Earning and Using Spins

     

    1. After each successful Bills Payment transaction, the user will automatically receive one (1) spin in the app.
    2. The spin can be used immediately after the transaction or at any time within the promo period.
    3. Each spin gives the customer a chance to win any of the following:

       

      • Cashback
      • Discount Coupon
      • Points
      • “Better luck next time” (non-winning result)
 
A sample on-screen execution will appear in the app for every spin.
  1. Prizes and Crediting
    1. All prizes won from the spin—cashbacks, coupons, or points—will be automatically credited to the customer’s PalawanPay account after the spin.
    2. Prize values are non-convertible to cash, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other rewards.
    3. Coupons are valid 30 days upon receipt and must be used within the validity period.
  2. Notification of Winners
    Winners will be notified instantly via in-app pop-up and through the Transaction History / Rewards section of the PalawanPay App.

    1. By participating, users agree to abide by the promo mechanics and PalawanPay’s Terms and Conditions.
    2. PalawanPay reserves the right to amend the mechanics with prior DTI approval.
