PROMO MECHANICS

1. Promo will run from March 29, 2025 to May 9, 2025.

2. VERIFIED PalawanPay users who purchase any ticket via PalawanPay, from any available tier: SVIP, VIP, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze—will automatically earn one (1) e-raffle entry.

1 PalawanPay user = 1 raffle entry

Note: Purchasing multiple tickets will not increase the number of raffle entries.

3. After successfully purchasing a ticket via PalawanPay, participants will receive a confirmation message via SMS
stating:

‘Congratulations, Suki! May one (1) e-raffle entry ka na para sa chance na manalo ng Upgrade SVIP Ticket, 3 SVIP tickets, at Exclusive Soundcheck Experience.

4. One (1) winner will receive:

Automatic upgrade to a SVIP Ticket
Three (3) additional SVIP tickets
An Exclusive Soundcheck Experience with the performers for the winner and their three (3) SVIP ticket companions.

Note: If the winner has already purchased a SVIP ticket and wins the raffle, we will refund your SVIP ticket purchase, as you will already receive the SVIP experience through the raffle).

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

Date and Time:
May 13, 2025, at 11:00AM, which will also be supervised by a DTI representative and representatives from Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala.

The winner will be drawn via a randomizer, witnessed by a DTI representative through a Zoom meeting. The e-raffle draw & announcement of winner will be held on the following dates:

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE?

The tickets will be sent via email between May 19 and May 30, 2025.
The actual ticket must be presented at the venue by showing the confirmation email.
The winner must ensure access to their registered email to claim the ticket.

Terms and Conditions:

The winner shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS on May 15, 2025. To claim the prize, winners must acknowledge the verification from Palawan Group and or reach out after posting via the social media announcement.
Promo only applies to all successful tickets purchased via PalawanPay app. Cancelled or failed transactions will not be qualified.
All taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred for the prize shall be shouldered by Palawan Group.
The promo offers and prizes are not transferable and/or convertible to cash. Claiming of prize thru an authorized representative is not applicable.
The offer cannot be used with other existing promotions.
Employees of Palawan Group of Companies, ad agencies, affiliates and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.
