Customer Mechanics:

1. The promo is exclusive to PalawanPay Mobile App users who will successfully buy load using the PalawanPay App during the promo period.
2. Account holders must make a top-up load from December 1, 2025 (12:01 AM, Philippine Standard Time) to December 31, 2025 (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time) to qualify.
3. To participate, customers must top up any of the participating or selective SKUs under Smart, TNT, Globe, and TM via the PalawanPay App.
4. Eligible PalawanPay users will receive a cashback reward from the Palawan Group of Companies, credited directly to their PalawanPay account, for every successful top-up of participating load SKUs made via the PalawanPay App only.
5. The cashback amount will vary depending on the SKU, with rewards ranging from ₱5 up to ₱20 per transaction.
