Promo Overview:
The raffle promo is open to all PalawanPay verified users who pay bills through the PalawanPay app using participating billers. Each successful transaction earns 1 raffle entry. At the end of the promo period, 12 winners will be drawn on January 12, 2026.

Customer Mechanics:

• The promo is open to all PalawanPay verified users who will transact bills payment through our PalawanPay app on any of the participating billers.
• Customer earns 1 raffle entry for every successful bills’ payment transaction.
• There will be 12 lucky winners for the whole promo duration which will be drawn on January 12, 2026. Winners will be drawn after the promo period ends. A total of 25,000 PalawanPay credit will be given away.
• Winners will be drawn via a randomizer in the presence of a DTI representative.
  
  

  

The following are the terms and conditions:

1. For a customer to join the promo, they must register at https://forms.gle/LyvwtyrSB1R5skHU9 by providing their complete name, address, contact number, and email address. Submission is until December 31, 2025 11:59PM only.
2. Customer can only win once during the promo duration. In case the customer’s names are drawn multiple times, he or she will get the prize of a higher value. Prizes will be disbursed via PalawanPay wallet and not as cash. The prize is non-transferable.
3. Winners will be notified via a phone call from a PalawanPay representative, an SMS through their mobile number, registered email, registered mail and will be announced on PalawanPay official Facebook page.
4. Winners will automatically receive PalawanPay credits. Once posted on PalawanPay Official Facebook Page.
5. Prizes can be redeemed within 60days only upon receipt of notification.
6. Employees of Bayad Center, PalawanPay, and Palawan Pawnshop Group employees, including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
