PROMO SPECIFICATIONS:

The Gintong Pamasko Promo of PalawanPay runs from January 9 to December 31, 2026! During the promo period, customers who complete at least four (4) qualifying transactions per month—including Send Money (excluding wallet-to-wallet), Pay Bills, Buy Load, Scan QR (P2M), Pawn Renewal, Claim International Remittance, Online payments using Visa virtual card, or saving a minimum of ₱1,000 in Palasave—will receive a notification inviting them to fill out their details to join and get a chance to win exciting prizes!

Users can earn multiple entries by performing more transactions.

WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO PARTICIPATE

1. All Palawan customers, residing in or outside the Philippines, 18 years old and above.
   
   
2.  All Palawan customers who perform any of the following transactions, regardless of amount (except for Palasave which requires a minimum ₱1,000 savings):

• Pay Bills
• Send Money
• Scan QR
• Pawn Renewal
• Buy Load
• Claim International Remittance
• Online payments using Visa virtual card
• Saving a minimum of ₱1,000 in Palasave
  
  

*Customers can earn double entry every time they will use their virtual or physical Visa card

Once the customer completes 4 transaction per service, they will receive interstitial asset on their PalawanPay app prompting them to fill out their details to join the promo.

Upon opening the link, they will be asked to provide the following information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• PalawanPay registered number and phone number
• Participated service/transaction type
• Photo of the transaction
• Address
  
  

After submission, a confirmation message will appear indicating that their registration has been successfully received. 

Employees of Palawan Group of Companies advertising agency and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

 A. Each month, one winner of 1 million Gold Bar will be electronically selected at the Palawan Pawnshop Head Office Building, with a representative from the DTI invited to witness the raffle draw.

B. Venue- PPG Head Office – Palawan Pawnshop Building, 170 Rizal Ave., Brgy. Masikap, Puerto Princesa City, 5300

1. An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under a DTI representative’s supervision. A customer can only win once and one prize during the promo duration.
2. Prize will be disbursed as is and not as cash. The prize is non-transferable.

PRIZES

• Claiming of prize is until 60 days from receipt of written notice from the PalawanPay representative. Failure to claim prizes within the said days will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
• Registration of prize, insurances, shipping costs, and other expenses in claiming the prize, will be borne by Palawan Group of Companies.

WINNERS

• All winners of the raffle will be announced on PalawanPay’s social media pages (Facebook). All winners will be notified via text message and registered mail by the PalawanPay officer.
• All winners will receive prizes tax free. The Palawan brand will pay tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
• All winners may claim their tangible prize (gold bar) at the nearest Palawan Express branch. To claim the prize, winners must present a valid ID, Registered notice and text notification.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Palawan Group of Companies reserves the right to repurpose posted content related to this for promotional purposes.
2. Each winner shall allow PalawanPay to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials.

DATA COLLECTION

An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under a DTI representative’s supervision. Entries will be taken from the transactional log data from PalawanPay’s system. Customers who will meet the set criteria will be included in the pool of entries.

PROMO ANNOUNCEMENT

Announcements/collateral bearing the important promo details will be posted in PalawanPay social media pages, official website and PalawanPay app.
