Customer Mechanics: 

• The promo is exclusive to PalawanPay Mobile App users who will successfully buy load using the PalawanPay Mobile App during the promo period.

• Account holders must make a top-up (load) transaction on any of the following dates — March 15, 2026, March 30, 2026, April 15, 2026, April 30, 2026, May 15, 2026, May 30, 2026, June 15, June 30, 2026 (from 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time) — to qualify for the P5 DITO VOUCHER. Vouchers will only be credited for transactions made on these specified dates.

• Eligible PalawanPay users will receive a ₱5 DITO VOUCHER from the Palawan Group of Companies for every successful top-up of participating load SKUs made via the PalawanPay App.

• The voucher will be automatically credited to the user’s PalawanPay account within 24 hours after the transaction.

• The voucher can only be used as discount on transaction fee within the PalawanPay App.
