Promo Overview:
The Level-Up Prizes DITO! is an exciting initiative designed to encourage Palawan customers to buy high value DITO Level-Up Promos. Through this promo, customers can enjoy the chance to win exciting prizes. The activity is designed to encourage upselling by promoting high value and slow-moving products to customer and join the raffle.

PROMO MECHANICS:

Customer Mechanics:

1. 1. Customers who purchase load via PalawanPay and Palawan Pawnshop branches for participating DITO SKUs will
      earn one (1) raffle entry per transaction for a chance to win any of the following prizes:
      • TECNO Megapad SE (8+128) – Android Tablet
      • TECNO Spark 40c (4+128) – Android Phone
      • TECNO Spark Go 2 (3+64) – Android Phone
      • ₱500 worth of DITO Load
      • ₱1,000 worth of DITO Load
   2. Winners will be drawn using a randomizer in the presence of a DTI representative; this will be done via Zoom.
   3. For a customer to join the promo, they must register at

      by providing their complete name, address, contact number, and email address.
   4. Winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, and phone call from the Palawan Group of Companies within
      seven (7) days after the official posting of winners through communication channels.

Terms and Conditions:

1. A customer can only win once during the promo period. If a customer’s name is drawn multiple times, they will
   not be eligible for a second win within the same month. Prizes will be processed and delivered via LBC and are
   non-transferable or convertible to cash.
2. Winners will be notified through registered mail, SMS, email, and phone call from a PalawanPay representative.
   They will be contacted by the Customer Care Number: +63919-058-0588. Announcements will also be posted on the
   official PalawanPay, Palawan Pawnshop, and DITO Facebook pages.
3. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of registered mail notification and must present a
   valid ID to claim the prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize within this period, the prize will be
   forfeited upon prior approval from the DTI.
4. Employees of DITO, PalawanPay, and the Palawan Pawnshop Group, including their relatives up to the second degree
   of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.
