Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize will be awarded to the registered name and PalawanPay mobile number used for payment.
2. Winners shall be notified via registered mail and SMS and official communication channels of Palawan Group of Companies. To claim the prize, winners must acknowledge the verification from Palawan Group and or reach out after posting via the social media announcement.
3. Promo only applies to all successful bill payment transactions via PalawanPay or over the counter at any Palawan Pawnshop Branch. Cancelled or failed transactions will not be qualified.
4. All taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred for the prize shall be shouldered by Palawan Group.
5. Participants can only win once. If the winner drawn more than once, he/ she will receive the higher value.
6. Supervised by Palawan Group of Companies representative & DTI Representative within 14 days from deadline of submission of entries.
7. The promo offers and prizes are not transferable. Claiming a prize through an authorized representative is not applicable.
8. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification.
9. This promo is valid for bills payment transactions only. The offer cannot be used with other existing promotions.
10. Employees of Palawan Group of Companies and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
