OVERVIEW
The Send Money, Send Love, Get Valentine’s Voucher Promo will run on February 10, 2026 until February 28, 2026. During said dates, verified PalawanPay app users who will use the Send Money via InstaPay feature (send money to other e-wallets and banks) will receive a free ₱10 transaction voucher.

PROMO SPECIFICATION

• The promo is valid only on February 10-28, 2026.

• PalawanPay users who will successfully transact using the Send Money via InstaPay feature (transfer to other e-wallets and banks) on any of the promo dates will receive a ₱10 transaction voucher. The ₱10 voucher may be used by PalawanPay user on succeeding transaction fees within the PalawanPay app.

• Each qualified user is entitled to one (1) voucher during the entire promo period.

• PalawanPay points cannot be used alongside any voucher redemption.
  
  

VOUCHER

• Amount: Php 10.00  
• The voucher is applicable as a transaction fee discount.
• Only one voucher can be used for every transaction, and each voucher is for one-time redemption only.
• The Maximum discount on the fee is P10. Fee more than discount will be automatically deducted from the user’s wallet.
• Voucher is not refundable and not transferrable to other users. 
• Voucher is valid after 1 year  from issuance of Voucher  
• Only one voucher can be used for every transaction with fees.  
• Vouchers cannot be used with PalawanPay points redemption.

Promo period is February 10 – 28, 2026

WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO PARTICIPATE
The promo is open to all VERIFIED PalawanPay users who will successfully transact using the Send Money to other e-wallets and banks (via InstaPay) feature on the designated promo dates.
